Our department not only emphasizes fundamental legal courses, such as constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, and commercial law, but also offers unique professional courses in the field of financial and legal studies, including securities trading law, futures trading law, financial regulations, and tax regulations. In addition to finance and law-related courses such as economics, accounting, financial management, financial statement analysis, and monetary banking, we actively guide students in various financial, legal, and professional certification exams.

The main purpose of this curriculum designs and these guidance measures is to reflect our department's role in cultivating talents with expertise in both legal and financial knowledge.
