The Judicial Officers’ Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice will hold an “Academic Symposium on Criminal Policy and Crime Prevention Research in 2022”. Details are as follows:

1.In order to combine academic research with practical work and to have a concrete impact, the Judicial Officers’ Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice will hold the symposium on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 (Year 111), from 9:30 am to 4:50 pm, in the 5th floor auditorium of the institute. Please refer to the agenda for more details.

2.During the symposium, various emerging issues in criminal justice practice and policy observations will be presented. Please recommend attendance to relevant parties. For details, please refer to the website of the Crime Prevention Research Center of the Judicial Officers’ Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice (https://www.cprc.moj.gov.tw/). 3.The registration period for this academic symposium is from November 14, 2022 to November 25, 2022. The Judicial Officers’ Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice will review the relevance of the registration information. Those approved for registration will receive an email reply. There will be no further notification or announcement, and the entire conference attendees will be granted 5 hours of lifelong learning hours for civil servants by the institute.

4.In consideration of environmental protection, please notify attendees to bring their own environmentally friendly cups. In addition, take the MRT Brown Line to Technology Building Station and walk along Fuxing South Road and Xinhai Road for about 15 minutes to reach the institute. Please make full use of public transportation.
